I need Quickbooks bookkeeping help

I need help with Quickbooks online bookkeeping for a limited company in the UK (using accrual basis of accounting).

The company owns and rents residential property (one house). Up to now, I have done the bookkeeping myself but I cannot get the balance sheet to balance. The house needed to be fixed up before it could be rented out so it made a loss in its first financial year - this is to be expected. However the balance sheet should still balance (even though a loss is carried forward)!

So the job is to check all entries in our Quickbooks online account (details to be provided), using our bank statements and invoices/receipts for expenses (to be provided). If necessary, re-enter entries in the Quickbooks accounts so that at the end the books balance for financial year ended 30 April 2017 and 30 April 2018.
