Book-keeping needed for Business Coach
I don’t know how many hours it will take, but I need ad-hoc help getting my book-keeping up to date and all receipts etc entered onto an Excel spreadsheet, ready for the accountant to prepare my annual accounts when needed.
It will not be regular monthly work but I will supply maybe a few months of receipts at a time (possibly up to 6 months of receipts and information). I’m aiming to have this bookkeeping started within a month from now, sooner if possible.
You would need to work remotely, (communicating by email for queries etc) and be happy to have receipts in various formats (electronic receipts by email, electronic bank statements by email and paper receipts by post, extra information from me verbally or by email), and then amalgamate the details from them all into the one spreadsheet.
It may be necessary for you to speak with the accountant sometimes by phone to ask him how he would prefer things to be laid out, or how to treat various items.
It would help if you are London based in case I occasionally need you to pick up a folder full of paperwork.
