I need a reliable accountant for my small business

Description of support work: Hello,

I run a small cleaning business and have been doing so for the past 2 and a half years. We have had an accountant that we get in contact when necessary but he seems very busy and not always available to help and offer advice when needed.

I am looking for someone that will be able to offer advice and support on what they recommend on the programs that I should be using in order to make everything a bit easier, also to take care of all the relevant taxes etc and submissions to HM revenue.

This will be on an 'as and when' basis but the more we grow I believe this would become more frequent.

I currently use wave accounting for creating invoices, payroo for payroll (in which I may need advice if I am using it correctly) and excel spreadsheets for book keeping.

I have recently received a letter from HM Revenue for a PAYE late filing penalty of £400 which I am very confused about.

I will be grateful for your help.
