I need a google/excel sheet made to record money expenditure

I already have a google/excel sheet that I record my daily spending on, but it's based on dollars (i'm in the UK) it also has american dates rather than UK dates and there are also a few other things about it that I would like changed but I don't know formulas.

Do you think this could be something you could help me with? I'm a money coach and want to give this money tracker as a free gift to people that want to start to track there daily spending.

I find with the current one that if you change the accounts on the last page, or if you try and change the dates that it messes things up.

Could there be an easier and simpler way maybe? I want people to be able to change the accounts part to suit their needs without it making a mess of the formulas or the layout. Currently it changes the colour of some of the drop down menus.

Also, on a weekly basis, after they fill out the money tracker, they are then encouraged to fill in the spending plan, so that they can get a better idea of what they SHOULD be spending vs what they ARE actually spending. Could we combine the two somehow? This is for people that find money, numbers, maths and formulas VERY DIFFICULT so it's got to be as child friendly as possible please. Very very simple please.
