I am a business owner, I'm in need of an HR and bookkeeping associate to help run my business. My primary responsibility for this position is recruiting, bookkeeping, and handling payroll and taxes. Therefore I'm looking for a contractor who is capable of taking on these responsibilities. This contractor needs to have experience in HR administration and bookkeeping, including expertise in payroll and tax management. This role will involve creating, maintaining and updating HR and bookkeeping records and policies, conducting recruitment processes, and managing payroll and taxes. If you have extensive knowledge and experience in HR and bookkeeping, especially as it relates to payroll and taxes, then this might be the right job for you.
