Help with Xero and Book keeping

I'm looking for a Xero expert to help me get set up properly and support me on an ongoing basis.

- Advice on how far back to reconcile banks.
- How to import line items from banks that have mixed personal / business use.
- How to incorporate previous tax years if needed.
- How to bring in only certain items from bank statements.
- How to get up to speed on MTD to make life easier for myself.
