Financial Report

This project involves analyzing and visually presenting financial data for a UK-based holding company and its operating subsidiary from 2015 to the present. Specifically, key financial metrics such as revenue, profit, assets, liabilities and cash balances need to be extracted from annual reports and compiled into a table illustrating the annual figures for each year under review for both entities. Additionally, a comparative bar chart should be generated to demonstrate the trends in these financial elements across the period. Narrative analysis summarizing any significant fluctuations needs to be incorporated as well. The names of individuals serving as the directors on the board for each year and each firm also require breakdown and listing. The final deliverable will be a polished, professionally formatted financial report analyzing and synthesizing all the financial and corporate governance related information extracted to provide stakeholders with insight into the companies' economic performance and leadership over time. Advanced skills in financial statement modeling, data visualization, report writing and UK company law are needed to complete this project to a high standard.
