Last year, my work colleague had prepared a five-year financial model/business plan for family friends. Using his prepared business plan, family members were able to raise large funds from private investors.
Now another friend has approached me to assist them with five-year financial modelling. Unfortunately, my work colleague has left us to work for another company. I need someone who has an expertise in financial modelling to assist me.
I will provide you with:
1. My work colleague prepared financial modelling used to raise investment funds. This could be used for guidance.
2. List of assumptions
3. Key Income & Expense drivers
4. First year cash flow statement.
In return, I am looking for something to prepare something similar to what my work college had produced, a five-year dynamic business plan.
