Financial model - Industrial

I have a cash flow model already developed for a specific metal smelting project.

The model incorporates the Capex, feed stock, energy, utilities, logistics, head count, other G&A assumptions.

I need someone to further develop this model, refine it, to:
a) make it look pretty
b) add working capital assumptions
c) add depreciation assumptions
d) add balance sheet and income statement
e) ensure it is flexible and linked to the source variable inputs sheet (already added) so that it is flexible for future changes.
