I am looking for an accountant to file my Company's (UK based) first Year-end Accounts and than close the company.
It has around 10 transaction, I will provide you with everything ready in a spreadsheet and reconciled.
In summary company's transaction has been one car purchased and car sold.
It is pretty straight forward, I am the only Director, I introduced the capital, No Loans.
