Hi Tekena, just to make sure we file the right things for both companies, can you confirm:
1. Do you need Companies House accounts, HMRC Corporation Tax (CT600/iXBRL), or both — and for which financial year(s) for each company?
2. Are both companies formally Dormant (no transactions), or have there been any transactions at all (bank interest, fees, director charges, finance-related entries)?
3. Do you already have the accounts prepared and only need filing, or do you need preparation + filing — and do you have the UTR / filing access in place?
