FCA Compliance Consultant (UK)

we are currently looking for an experienced compliance consultant to support within the UK regulatory framework (Financial Conduct Authority).

The focus is on technical aspects of regulatory documentation and filings for firms operating under the scope of “arranging deals in investments”.

Key tasks include:

maintenance and updating of compliance policies
conducting an annual gap analysis
ad-hoc support on regulatory requirements / filings

The workload is relatively light (a few hours per month) and intended as an ongoing engagement.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting FCA-regulated firms and a strong understanding of the relevant requirements.
