    In how much time do you need this project to be done and how large the database(spreadsheet)?. Is the data managed on the main spreadsheet or is it all over the place?

    2. are you on windows or Mac - very important?
    3. are you by any chance using office 365?

    if the first two is yes, any chance i can see the data and what is required? to produce kinda report
