Excel Spreadsheet Audit and Update

I am looking for someone who can look at the commands and calculations on my budget tracker and make sure they are working correctly, especially the annual column as it take the annual figure and includes it in the monthly total column thereby multiplying it by 12 instead of dividing it by 12, making the annual spend more. Please also, look at anyway we can improve the document to make it more efficient.

I have attached an example of what I mean.
