EXCEL - REPORTING

I wondered if you might be able to assist with insertion of some conditional formatting into the attached spreadsheet to enable streamlining of our reporting. The format is client requested but I would like to spreadsheet to calculate outputs automatically as much as possible.

Key items:
Progress – Calculation of task progress % based on target dates and current date.
Cell colours – Conditional formatting to change cell colours based on content i.e. Status
