Excel Proposal Document

I need a custom excel spreadsheet for client pricing and proposals. I have a pricing sheet that this will be built around. See attachment. I want it branded for this site 10keybookkeeping.com. This will be a question and answer driven sheet for pricing and to autofill into a proposal and engagement letter. The client will be viewing this sheet, So need to not look like excel.

Need to be able to edit, add, and remove questions, sub questions, selections, etc.
