Experience Level: Entry
I started a Ltd in Sep 2021 but didn’t really get it running. There is about 50 transactions on the bank statement with the last transaction in Sep 2022. I am looking for an accountant to help me with the required submissions to hmrc and companies house for the company to then become dormant. The bank account is still open with £60 within.
