End of year accounts for a startup

I want to prepare and submit the end of year accounts for a our startup. This is the first accounts that we will submit and the number of transactions is very limited. There is only an initial deposit by one shareholder and a monthly payment for hosting. In addition to couple misc transactions.
Also we will need personal tax returns for two of the directors (these directors are employed full time at another company)
