End of Year Accounts

Hi,

I have to submit an end of year submission for an LTD company. This is the first submission and it is late.

I have had them sorted and they are ready to be analyzed by an accountant so that the accountant can do your bit. Success at the end of this process looks like this:

a) an end of year accounts for the first 18 months of trading
b) an HMRC submittable copy
c) you will submit a copy to HMRC and provide verification

We have a business administrator, with whom you will be liaising.

If memory serves me right (although I will need to confirm), there are no more than 500 banking transactions and we are not vat registered.
