Easy Corporation Tax Filing & Company Closure (Dormant Company)

I have a two UK LTD company that I havent been using for a couple years, that hasnt generated any income in the last 2 - 3 years that just needs easy corporation tax filing and closure. There is no bank statements to review etc etc since the last filing so it just needs to be redone essentially.

The first company id like to just have closed
The second just a filing of corporation tax

I will offer more information once I have accepted someone to complete this project asap.
