Draw a trial balance from a financial statement

Description of support work: I need help with extracting a trial balance as at 31 December 2013 for a properties company which clash with other urgent deadlines and does not want to fail my client. I will supply you with the financial statement and a sample of the csv which can be updated if an account code is missing.
