Digitize Images into Word

I have a batch of image files that contain clear, printed text. I need every page turned into an editable Word document so I can search, update, and organize the content easily. Accuracy is more important than speed; I want the finished files to read exactly like the originals, with headings, paragraphs, and basic formatting preserved. You may use the OCR tool of your choice—ABBYY, Adobe Scan, Tesseract, or a comparable solution—so long as the final result is a clean .docx file ready for my own edits. Please proof-read the output and correct any recognition errors before delivering. Deliverables for this project: • One Word document per source image, named to match the original file • Text reviewed for spelling, punctuation, and layout consistency • A brief note on the method or software you used, in case we need to replicate the process later If you have experience cleaning up OCR output from printed material and can keep the look and flow intact, I’d like to hear from you.
