Data extraction

I need assistance organizing and analyzing approximately 2,400 pages of PDF material related to a legal matter. The documents involve two individuals — Milo Bunyard and Abbie Curtis — and a series of financial transactions across multiple bank accounts. The goal is to extract and compile all relevant data into a clear, organized report showing:
• All money coming in and going out
• The parties involved in each transaction (to/from whom)
• Inter-account and inter-company transfers

In addition, there are separate pages concerning deliveries. These need to be compiled into a second, clearly formatted document.

This work should be reviewed or prepared by a qualified, certified accountant, as it may be submitted as evidence in legal proceedings.
