Data Analysis Excel Task

I need an excel expert in formulas. I have a data set that tracks performance or a certain line across 204 locations. I would like to have this split into 5 league tables (a bit of Jazz on the visual if possible) from highest to lowest. My request is to report 2 sets or data. Rolling performance: Data is added weekly (data is extracted from our internal system in an excel format) and looking to see overall ongoing performance.

We would PDF content to locations and share the info
I have attached a copy of the data - Tab 1 is the data we extract and tab 2 is a rough idea of how I would like to see the tables (needs to be enhanced)
