Create amortized loan spreadsheet

I need a user friendly loan calculator spreadsheet for an investment project.

I would like to input a variable investment sum.
Then input a variable interest rate.
Payments will start after one year.
Spreadsheet should have columns for capital, interest, payments, total interest made on investment.

There should be a front summary page to input the capital, interest, years + a summary showing the total interest (i.e. ROI).

I THINK THIS WILL NOT TAKE VERY LONG SO PLEASE PROPOSE A LUMP SUM PRICE FOR THIS.
