Company's annual accounts and corporation tax return

We are a small company which is not generating revenues, is not VAT registered, have no PAYE and have less than 30 transactions last year, all of which are bank charges and payments. We have compiled all bank transactions in Excel and added notes to every single transction. Need qualified accountants (ideally based in the UK) to help us with company's annual accounts and corporation tax return please. The budget includes any 3rd party software fees that might incur - looking to submit accounts in the next few days so not enough time to get auth code from HMRC.
