Description
Experience Level: Entry
Need assistance.
I own a London based security staffing company/agency and need help with our company procedure documents, creating firm legally binding contracts with clients and sub-contractors, and various types of forms.
Some forms which are for clients and sub-contractors are needed more urgent than others, and realistic deadlines may need to be met. We are looking for quality of work, documents with real substance and professionalism.
Contracts we need are:
• Client contract (use of our service services)
• Ongoing client Deposit contract (why we keep deposits)
• Sub-Contractor agreement (for sub-contracted security)
• Deposit agreement with sub-contractors
• Radio rental agreement
Documents we need are:
• Standard company letter-headed work document, ready to use when opened
• Daily report document (DID)
• Fire report sheet
• Minor incident report sheet
• Major incident report sheet
• Banned customer sheet (barred customers from venues)
• Bomb threat check list
• Roles and responsibilities of door supervisors
• Roles and responsibilities of security guards
• Documents for satisfaction of references (word document so can be used online)
• Documents for satisfaction of interviews
• Successful interviews letter
• Unsuccessful interview letter
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts outgoing
All documents will need the utmost professionalism and substantiality including legal terms and immaculate spelling and grammar, these documents will need proof reading as they go to very impotent clients and will be used often.
Some documents are more important than others at this time and some work may be done gradually over the coming months due to some finical restraints in terms of our budgets towards Christmas. On going work is still a massive possibility.
