Company accounts for a small business

Hi
I am looking for someone to prepare company accounts (dual filing) for a small company. The company has had no revenue in the past year and only a small number of expenses and should not take too long to prepare
However this is set to change as for the current financial year, revenue has begun to come in. Hence i would also like to build some sort of ongoing relationship with advice on how I can administer these matters efficiently.
