Company Accounts

I am looking for a Chartered Accountant to help with preparing accounts for a very small, limited company and offer personal tax advice.

The company is 3 years old and has been running on an extremely small scale since day one; due to personal issues, I have not been able to invest any real time into it and therefore there aren't a large amount of transactions.

From the new year, I am looking to prioritise the turn around of this business so would like to find someone who is able to put everything in order for me so I can 'start off as I mean to carry' on.

It is important that I work with someone who is prepared to answer questions and explain things if I don't understand, as I am very keen to learn. I am also looking looking for someone to permanently manage my accounts, so if you're looking for long term work, then this could be the ideal job for you.

Pay can be negotiated, so please ignore the budget - this will obviously be dependent upon time taken and if you will be working for me on a regular basis.

I would appreciate a short introduction to yourself, along with a brief overview of your past working experience.
