Company Accounts

We set up a company a few years ago and this is the first set of accounts we need to submit to Companies House.

We have not had any profit, the only money gone through the company is payment to the builder, council tax etc.

We believe we need to fill in a Micro Entity Accounts. We would like someone to confirm this and give us the values needed to complete the Balance Sheet.

Additional Information:

There are 52 transactions, which I have already put in an excel spreadsheet. All money funded into the company is directors loans.

Can you please provide the following details:
1) your Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate?
2) what Certifications you hold?
3) how long you have practiced for?
4) whether you operate as part of a limited company or a sole trader?
5) have you submitted Micro-Entity Accounts to HMRC before?

Can you please give us an estimate of how many hours it is going to take and the rough steps of what you will do.
When do you have availability to do the work? We need this to be submitted by the 5th of January 2019.
