Close a Xero account properly and provide me with the data.

I have a Xero account for a micro business that I no longer need.
There are very few transactions in there.

I'd like somebody to;

- Log-in
- Back up the data
- Provide me with the data in the best format that an accountant / bookkeeper can use (please advise)
- Delete the data in Xero
- Close the account (I'll stop the Direct Debit payments once we're all sorted).

My best guess is a professional could do this in an hour.
