Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the business: Create a 5 year cashflow forecast/analysis and profit and loss (for business plan) for a coworking space (rental of desks in office space) plus show 5 years 4 new offices (PL for all of the offices)
Kind of support: Budgeting, Cash Flow, Forecast, P&L
Accounting software: Excel
Description of support work: I have created a spreadsheet with the first year cashflow analysis of a new business.
I need to present the information to a few people and it needs to have now 5 years of profit and loss, cashflow analysis.
As well as the full spreadsheet with all the details/breakdown of costs + revenue, it needs to have a snapshot with only the key numbers so it can be added to the business plan so those reading it can see the high level numbers and see PL / cashflow analysis.
I need this to be done in the next 48h.
As I said the first year is complete with all expenses, income and profit and loss plus use of the investment.
also, in the first year I need to show how the investment raised will be used (breakdown in numbers).
The business is a coworking space where desks will be rented to small businesses.
Year 1 is the first coworking space.
From year 3, we plan to open another coworking space, year 4 another one and year 5, 2 of them.
We need to know if we will need further investment in year 4 or 5 or if we can open with the money we have in the bank account.
