Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We have a non-UK client who owns a Limited Company. Their Annual Accounts and CT are due on 31 March, 2013 - so in some days time: (1-Jul-2011 --30-06-2012). Is a small company, and their net profit is only usd 42,000.
Their accountant is based overseas, and for the first year June 2011 Accounts, he prepared everything following IAS, so we converted these into the CH and HMRC format and presented it.
This second year we would like to have a UK accountant preparing the CT, as the liability is higher this year, but very low to UK standards (net Profits usd 42,000).
The Full Annual Accounts have already been prepared in US dollars. We will need to translate the accounts to £, so to present full accounts and CT calculations to HMRC.
We would need an accountant to have an overall look at the accounts, prepare CT calculations, converting accounts from US to GBP , and filing jointly to CH and HMRC.
