This plan is a prerequisite for a government subsidy application and has to be drafted on such level
It should include a discription, a market analysis and stategy
Details of the owners experience, number of employees, and financials
The financial should include, 3 Year projections indicating profit and loss plus cash flow , swat analysis, break even point, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and viability
A breakdown of the assets that the subsidy will assist in purchasing
