Business plan

We are aiming to develop our activity : rebranding , adding new services, relocating etc. But we will need to create a complete business plan with 3 to 5 years forecast in order to have a clear strategic plan and obtain financing from banks or investors.
We co run an aesthetic clinic my partner and I. He is a doctor and I'm a business consultant. Business planning is not my thing but I understand the broad principles.
