Build excel spreadsheet with Forecasting

This project requires developing an intricate Excel spreadsheet with advanced forecasting capabilities. The spreadsheet needs to allow for scenario modeling where key inputs like sales figures, expenses, and growth rates can be modified to analysis different outcomes. The interface should be intuitive for non-technical users to understand yet robust enough for number crunchers to extract insightful data. Specifically, the spreadsheet needs to forecast income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements for the next 3 years based on monthly projections. It needs to automatically pull in historical financials from the past 2 years for benchmarking purposes. Formulas calculating key metrics like EBITDA, operating margin, net income etc need to be integrated. Conditional formatting showing variances between base case and what-if scenarios is vital. Pivots and charts visualizing the implications of input tweaks on important KPIs over time must feature prominently. Finally, the file has to be designed for sharing within an organization, so well-organized sheets with descriptive names and titles are paramount alongside help documentation. Only bids demonstrating expertise developing sophisticated Excel models with forecasting at their core will be considered.
