Bookkeeping Services Required – Property Investment Focus

We are looking to engage an experienced bookkeeper to support a UK-based property investment business on an ongoing basis.

Scope of Work:
Regular bookkeeping (quarterly)
Recording and reconciling:
Rental income
Property-related expenses
Loan and mortgage payments

Bank transactions

Maintaining accurate P&L and balance sheet records
Posting journals with appropriate supporting documentation
Ensuring records are up to date and aligned with accountant requirements
Providing clear audit trails and year-end preparation support

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Xero
Experience with property investment or real estate bookkeeping
Ability to liaise professionally with external accountants
Reliable communication and attention to detail
