Bookkeeping - including income, expenses, bank rec & financial statements

General information for the business: We provide a courier and home delivery service.
Kind of support: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Invoicing, P&L, Payroll, Report
Description of support work: We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who can help our business with our Accounting needs.

We would like you to access what we need as a business, and for you to share your expertise on what we should be doing. We would require for you to setup a system, instructing us what you need, how you need it, and when you need it by. Whether you would like a weekly or monthly system - is completely up to you.

We would like you to provide the following services:

- Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger: Coding and posting supplier invoices, credit notes and expense receipts
- Accounts Receivable: raising sales invoices
- Credit Card/Amex/Paypal and Bank reconciliations
- Trial balance
- Reports: Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Aged Creditors/Debtors
- Payroll

We currently use Kashflow to record our transactions.

We would like a quote from you to cover our accounts from August 2017.

We would also like a quote for you to bring our accounts up to date from the previous tax year (April 2016). We have updated 90% of our records, so we need help tidying everything up, and filling in the gaps.

We are looking to start quick, so we will not waste time evaluating quotes, and will make a quick decision.
