Bookkeeping in quickbooks online (UK) to get accounts up to date

We need someone to help get our quickbooks back on track and up to date. Due to the pandemic we lost our bookkeeper and things have got way behind (currently needing this from about July 2020). We are a retailer and need:
Web orders matched to deposit (batches)
Supplier Invoices matched to payments/refunds
Cleanup and reconcilation of additional payments

In terms of the scale of the work, while we are an online retailer primarily order volumes are low (up to 5 per day) so while the period we are behind is significant it is not an insurmountable challenge
