Bookkeeping and Accounting for a Limited Company

We are a UK Ltd company trading since 2007. We are looking for a qualified accountant / accoutnacy firm to do the following tasks for us

Bookkeeping : We have on an average 100 transactions per month (including sales, deposits, cash withdrawals, DD's , etc). We dont use any system at the moment. We are looking to outsource book keeping - we will send you the sales invoices and expenses in paper and you will be required to keep electronic records.

Accounting : Creating sales reports, Filing Companies House Abbreviared account, Filing annual tax returns and filing personal tax returns for the 2 directors of the company ( straightforward issues - no CGT, rental , etc)

Reminders : you will automatically send us reminders when things are due in good time and make sure that we do not incur any fines. This is the only reason we are unhappy with our current accountant.

We are looking for a flat rate monthly fee which will be fixed price and not vary at the end of the year.
