Bookkeeper to work with Quickbooks and Auto Entry

I run two small businesses, one an ecommerce business selling online via own website, Amazon and eBay which is VAT registered (t/o circa £500k) with payments coming via merchant terminal, PayPal, Amex, Amazon and bank transfer in total circa 150-170 transactions per month; and the other a financial services business which is VAT exempt and only does about 50-60 transactions per month.

My bookkeeper has just shut his business so I need someone to replace him helping me prepare P&L accounts each month on Quickbooks, prepare payroll (with pension contributions) and do quarterly VAT returns for the ecommerce business. I've also just started using Auto Entry so need some help in how best to do that to be MTD compliant.

For each business my last Bookkeeper used to charge me for 6-7 hours and 1-2 hours per month respectively. I am therefore looking for about 10 hours of someone's time per month (maybe a bit more at the start as we get our process ironed out).
