Bookkeeper To Generate Xero Expenses File

I need a bookkeeper to create a Xero expenses file for import. There are 2894 transactions over 4 years. However, most of the transactions are Exempt Expenses; the rest are subject to 20% VAT on Expenses. An existing purchase file is available and must be copied precisely for upload to Xero. Unfortunately, most of the transactions are missing a payee name, and the payee name must be found via bank statements. This is an urgent task that must be finished today.
