Bookkeeper/Accountant to do Payroll, Accounts, forecasting, Bookkeeping small busines

We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to carry out bookkeeping and payroll (only for 2 employees) but mainly helping with forecasting and managing cash flow.

I have just started using Xero Accounting software so it would be great if the right person had experience working with an online accounting package but this is not essential.

Job Description

Bookkeeping and financial management help with our Small property services business and another very small (currently) software development company. We also require the payroll to be done which can be done through Xero as we only have two full time employees (including me). All other staff currently working with us are freelance who cover there own PAYE etc.

We are looking for someone who can help with all aspects of financial planning as this is what we are currently lacking, who can work closely with me (can be remotely) to ensure the success of the business moving forward.

We have no problems with Homeworkers & remote workers that are based in England.
