Book Keeping Kashflow

I need purchase invoices and bank reconciliation carried out on our Kashflow account. We have about 30-50 purchase transactions per month. We have 2 locations which accept credit card and cash payments on a retail basis. Cash payments are made into the bank approx once a week, the credit card payments are deposited in 2 separate amounts relating to the trading location. We have a backlog of sales transaction and purchase invoices that need to be entered along with a bank reconciliation to bring it up to the current

This is an urgent task to bring things up to date but I also wish to appoint someone to undertake this task ongoing.
