Book-keeper required - Xero expertise essential

General information for the business: We sell consultancy in the B2B space

Description of support work: I have a requirement for someone/organisation to produce
monthly and draft year end accounts,
a monthly management pack,
submit VAT returns,
process monthly payroll for 3 employees, P60's and
all statutory accounting, VAT and payroll reporting

for a fixed monthly fee. I want a long term, open and easy going relationship.

We have a bank feed in to Xero so reconciliation is easy. We produce sales invoices ourselves, post expenses ourselves and post cash receipts ourselves.

I'm happy to agree a set time each month to answer any questions re queries but want our management accounts by the 14th of the month and draft year end accounts by 28/2 of the year following our 31/12 year end. If any tax advice is required I will pay extra and/or accept a referral if it is not part of your core competence.

Our transaction count is about 2K per annum across 2 companies of which I'd say over 50% we do ourselves.
