Book Keeper for QB - Qualified and Expereienced

**UK Bookkeeper Wanted — QuickBooks Online · Cleanup + Ongoing Monthly**

UK Limited Company, VAT-registered, multiple recurring B2B clients, multi-currency exposure. QBO is behind and needs catching up, then ongoing monthly. May expand to additional entities later.

**Phase 1 (fixed-price catch-up):** Reconcile bank, categorise transactions, match invoices to payments, produce clean P&L + balance sheet for last 12 months.

**Phase 2 (monthly retainer):** Bank rec, transaction categorisation, AP/AR processing, MTD VAT prep & filing, basic Companies House filings, PAYE/RTI coordination, month-end close by day 5, aged debtor/creditor reports, accountant liaison at year-end.

**Required:** UK-based, ICB/AAT/ACCA qualified or 5+ years UK bookkeeping experience, QBO ProAdvisor preferred, strong UK PAYE/VAT/MTD/Corporation Tax knowledge, multi-currency comfortable, methodical, reliable. Xero or Zoho experience is a plus.
