Experienced Xero bookkeeper needed for multi-currency online business and Airbnb bookkeeping

Task description:
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to help me get on top of bookkeeping across my businesses and support me through a transition period.

This is not a basic data-entry role. I need someone who is confident in Xero, comfortable working across multiple moving parts, and able to bring order without getting overwhelmed.

I have:
- GBP and USD accounts, so I need someone who understands multi-currency bookkeeping in Xero
- An online business with recurring membership revenue
- Airbnb sales also running through the accounts
- A business that is currently in transition, so I need someone calm, organised and proactive who can help me get everything cleaned up and kept under control

What I need help with:
- Reconciling bank and card transactions in Xero
- Keeping receipts organised and correctly attached
- Processing and categorising transactions accurately
- Handling multi-currency transactions correctly across GBP and USD accounts
- Bookkeeping for recurring online membership revenue
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation support for Airbnb sales / short-term rental income
- Helping tidy up and stabilise things during a transition period
- Flagging issues, gaps or unclear items rather than guessing
- Helping keep everything accurate and up to date on an ongoing basis

Ideal experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Proven experience with multi-currency bookkeeping
- Experience with online businesses, especially subscriptions, memberships or recurring revenue
- Experience handling Airbnb income or short-term rental/property bookkeeping
- Able to work through a period of change without becoming reactive or overwhelmed
- High attention to detail, good judgement, and proactive communication
