Basic Xero training

I have recently subscribed to a standard package for Xero accounting software and uploaded my inventory accordingly.

I would like help with the following:

1) Recoding end of day sales - sold from our shop floor
2) For future items new in stock - best solution to upload to the inventory list
3) Printing of stock report to show staff what stock is on hand to date

There will possibly be more things somebody can advise, would appreciate some professional help in order to make sure the business is running properly with Xero.
