Basic Bookkeeping on Xero on a monthly basis 1 hour/month

General information for the business: I am looking for someone who would be able to spare approximately an hour every month to put data into a 'Xero' account.
Industry: Property investment portfolio (buy to let)
Accounting software: Xero
Description of support work: There will be a landlord report generated by the managing agent for 4 properties which have been rented out on a buy-to-let basis. The statement each month has approximately 20 items on it including rent received from each property and costs and management fees etc
You will be given shared admin rights to the Xero account and would be expected to put the data into the account each month so that the profit/loss for each property can be seen individually and so that a yearly report can easily be prepared for my accountant.
Extra notes: I am looking for someone who is familiar with Xero and property investment. Please give your quote for the monthly amount (1 hour per month) as this will be work that I need to be done on an ongoing monthly basis and so will give a regular income to you for years to come potentially once a good working relationship has been established.
