Basic Bookkeeping 1-2 hours per month |WAVE accounting | ongoing

Soloprenueur (one-person) small business services consultancy seeks experienced bookkeeper for ongoing monthly tasks (estimate 1-2 hours/month basic bookkeeping to begin, though am expecting to grow the business this year)

The right person will be detail-orientated and collaborative to help shape a smooth system of working that works for us both.

Requirements;

- using bookkeeping platform = WAVE accounting
- (ideally) CANADA specific accounting experience (GST etc) as am based there
- fluent English- can connect live (from time to time) during the PST time zone (LA, Vancouver, Pacific west coast)
- book-keeping / accounting is your dedicated focus - i.e. not looking for a  VA or admin assistant.

Basic Monthly Tasks
- Bank + Credit Card reconciliation (very easy, just one of each and each have AUTO feeds piping the data into WAVE)
- Coding Transactions
- Basic monthly reporting
